About the Event
This event is a unique celebration that combines the traditional Mexican holiday, Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the traditions and significance of Día de los Muertos while also engaging in discussions and activities that promote DEI. The event will feature traditional Day of the Dead altars, art exhibits, guest speakers, cultural performances, and interactive workshops that explore the themes of unity, diversity, and inclusion. This event aims to foster a sense of community, celebrate cultural heritage, and promote a deeper understanding and appreciation of the importance of DEI in today's society.
